For over 20 years, I have been taking school classes on ski trips. Since February 2019, we have been going to Sonnenhof, and my colleagues and I are thrilled. In Raas, we have always had wonderful times in an excellent accommodation, with a warm and welcoming host family that makes (almost) anything possible. The food is always fabulous and loved by both the students and the chaperones. The ski trip to Sonnenhof is a highlight of the school year every year.
Seit 25 Jahren komme ich sowohl privat als auch beruflich mit Schulklassen immer wieder gern in den Sonnenhof. Der Aufenthalt im Sonnenhof ist jedes Mal ein besonderes Erlebnis. Sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer gibt es viel zu entdecken. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege, von leichten bis zu anspruchsvollen Touren. Im Winter gibt es eine gute Anbindung an die Skigebiete Jochtal und Plose. Unsere Gastgeber im Sonnenhof, die Familie Gasser, sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit und empfangen uns immer sehr familiär. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen bieten eine große und vielfältige Auswahl und sind wirklich lecker. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber, bestehen aus Schlafbereich und Bad und haben Zugang zum Balkon. Sowohl Schüler als auch Lehrer fühlen sich dort immer sehr wohl.
I have been organizing children’s and youth camps for around 30 years, and for about 15 years I have regularly come to Gerda and Siegfried with groups. I have yet to find a better overall package than at the Sonnenhof. The modern and pleasantly furnished house, with plenty of common rooms, table tennis and table football in the basement, a swimming pool, and its own sports grounds with goals, a volleyball net, trampoline, and climbing wall, is an excellent base for great excursions in the surrounding area—and of course for the occasional hike in the mountains. The food is exceptionally good and varied, second to none. Particularly noteworthy are also the flexibility, friendliness, and helpfulness of the hosts. We give the highest possible rating and will definitely be back.
